Qigong Healing/Self-Care Seminar

About this event
Empower yourself with Qigong practices, self-massage and tapping over key acupressure points and energy meridians. After the seminar, you will receive a handout of the sequence and a link to a practice video. You will also be invited to join our monthly online sessions, which are tailored to your specific needs!

The fee is just $35 per person and includes in-person guided Qigong practices, a link to the Self-Care routine video and information handouts. Cash and checks accepted in-person.
About the Instructor
Nancy Gardner of NG Energy, is a certified instructor of Qigong and Tai Chi, a state-licensed massage therapist and a Polarity Therapy practitioner. She has been training in Qigong and martial arts since 1985, teaching professionally since 1994. Combining these disciplines with stress-management techniques and energy exercises, Nancy creates individualized programs for various organizations, tailored to their goals. She has presented locally, regionally and internationally.
